Production Optimization & Production Field Management
In order to increase the production from a well, the optimum production rate should be chosen.Producing with a higher rate can decrease the recovery factor; on the other hand, a low rate increases the production time. The data obtained from well testing is used to determine the optimum production rate. IPR and decline curve analyses are performed. During the production history of a well, all parameters such as well head pressure, gas temperature and flow rate are recorded and used to obtain information about well and reservoir system.
Well Testing & Reserve Estimation Services
Well testing is applied to new wells, in order to determine the amount of a gas and/or oil in a reservoirs.Well testing consists of flow periods with different rates, and a shut in period after the production periods. In all periods, pressure, temperature, and other variables are recorded. The recorded data is analyzed with well testing software to determine the probable reservoir shape, boundaries, well damage and gas in place, optimum production rate.
